Mission 1: CIA Headquarters: Where's Jock?

If you finished all of the primary goals, then went back to the helipad at the start of the mission to find Jock's helicopter, you went to the wrong place.

Play close attention to what Jock tells you at the start of the mission: "When I get the call that you've transmitted the data to Alex, I'll land right at the entrance to the old headquarters complex."  After you talk to Amanda, check the map she gives you to make sure you know where the "new" headquarters complex is and where the "old" headquarters complex is.  You start the level near the new headquarters.
