The satcom bunker that sits to the northeast behind UNATCO HQ can be explored. First you need to get the bunker. Best method is to get the code from either one of several datacubes inside UNATCO HQ or by talking to the guard outside. When you get to a fork in the conversation select the one about "cleaning the place out" and the guard will supply you with the code.

Once inside the satcom bunker look under the desk for a datacube. Use the username and password supplied to login to the satcom terminal. Select camera one to unlock and open the access hatch just outside the bunker. Climb in.

Talk with Harry Filben out on the North Docks to complete the secondary objective.

On the North Docks you'll find a spot where there is a guard rail. Duck under and dive into the water. Below you is a sunken boat, barge or something. Near its east end is a locked hatch. Open it and swim inside.

Southeast of the North Docks is a large stack of crates and a tunnel leading down. Get past the electrical beams to earn the points.

Once you've gotten to Gunther inside the first floor of the Statue talk with him to complete your secondary objective.

As you move in to find the terrorist leader you'll receive this bonus about half way up the Statue stairs.

When you locate the terrorist commander atop the statue this is your reward. You don't even have to talk with to receive it.

Awarded when you first enter UNATCO HQ.

When you've entered UNATCO HQ, head down to level 2 and enter the office at the east end of the hall. It may not be much of an office, but its yours.

Just walk into the medical area of the UNATCO HQ.
