[NSF] Reign of Militias Code Update:
1. Reloading works.
2. Minimum Acc for different actions (jump, walk, etc).
3. Scope Wobbles.

I'm now working on, binoculars, GameType, and HUD.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been working on the dynamic accuracy for the [NSF] Reign of Militia's weapons. I have some extremely exciting news, we have a new memberNew Member:

The UT2003 [NSF] mod's name has been decided, [NSF]: Reign of Militias. The [NSF]-RoM Blueprint is complete, it is a complete summary of what the mod will be. Make sure you go to the [NSF] Modification button under UT2003-[NSF] to check it out. Still looking for a modding team

Another good update, finishing up the [NSF] Day/Night change code. Looking good so far. Weapon balance code is almost complete, and the vehicle passenger code is done. Everything is going according to schedule, although I am having one hell of a time trying to get hosted by PlanetUnreal. I will be posting scanned ideas on paper that I made, so that the community can see some of the "blueprints" I have made. Weapon concepts are comming along aswell. I will be using a program called Maya to create the weapons in the [NSF] Mod aswell.

Some good updates here, started working on the HUD for the [NSF] Mod, and the grouping system. Finished Beta Weapon Balancing Code (ver 0.8). Updated The site a wee bit, 5 screenshots added for our first map "nsf-BankHeist" -ExodusKin. Looking for modelers still.. Also, check out the new plans in the development center of the [NSF]-UT2003 Mod.

In other news the [NSF] Dev team has come up with a few new ideas to make gameplay more ambient, I will post them later. This is the new design, sorry for the lack of updates but I was experimenting with UT2003, Ive come to a conclusion that I think all of you will agree with. The Deus Ex [NSF] Mod, in all its glory.. Will be for UT2003 instead of Deus Ex. Its lack of community and network performance led me to this. And with the updated Unreal-Engine everything should be about 100% better than it would have been. The mod will NOT be the same though, it will be based more upon my own version of the NSF Terrorists, the story line will take place about 15 years before JC Denton showed up on the scene.
